The week in review(Sept 18-22)
This week we had are first fire drill of the year. The students did well with the loud sounds and the break in routine. We walked quietly to our spot on the field, until we were given the all clear to return to the school.
We finished our letter art work and are current working on our artist bios.
With the first two weeks finished we have started to understand the routine of the day. This week we have been focusing on printing skill.
We have also been helping the students with their sensory needs, setting aside times throughout the day to work with each individual student to help them meet these needs.
Great work Josh. Fire drills are all about collaboration among the staff and the kiddos for the sake of safety for all. I'm happy reading that all went well.
